All over Basic Meandering – Edge to Edge design, shape of design resembles puzzle pieces.  This technique is done with free motion, and offers the most affordable way to quilt your top!  It works well on almost any style quilt.

Stippling – Similar to meandering described above but on a much smaller scale. Can be used as an all over design, however, it is usually used to accent an object in a block. Pricing falls into the custom design range. Most often used along with other techniques within the overall quilting design.

Pantographs Patterns – Edge to Edge design, various patterns available to choose from. These range in price according to size and complexity of design.

Free Motion – I use my artistic skills to create designs without commercial patterns or lasers. I  offer numerous forms of free motion stitching.  Pricing depends on the spacing and complexity of the design.

Border Quilting – Due to the nature of a LongArm machine, some border designs require the operator to turn the quilt. This of course means it requires more time, resulting in an additional charge. Not all designs will require turning.  You will know before I begin if your top will require turning.

Custom – Various combined techniques such as, free motion, block designs, outline stitching, stippling, stencils or designs requiring marking ,multiple border designs, multiple thread colors, etc. Please Email me a picture of your quilt top or ship it to me and we can work together to determine what would best accent it.  We will agree on design and pricing before any quilting is done.

McTavishing:  This style of longarm quilting was originated by Karen C. McTavish.  It is a complex, labor-intensive, free motion technique that yields stunning results.  The inspiration for this style of quilting comes from Art Nouveau artist, Alfonse Mucha. Karen adapted Mucha's curvy, stylized art form into a free-hand background filler quilting design that makes a quilt look and feel as if it has motion and texture. To see samples, click here.

Turn Around Time – The amount of time from when quilt is received until quilting is completed.
